Certainly I think playing a greater role in enabling, you know, the environment to make it business or investor friendly. Certainly I think that’s government’s role, as a government agency I think we’re closer to that. But we’re obviously more of a funding institution than anything else. And ensure that all of that is happening within the ambit of the host countries broader developmental goals, I think. So it’s just managing the two aspirations, private and government, and government ensuring that development happens responsibly and to the benefit of its people.
