Dario Filippone

Dario Filippone is the Group Business Development Director and member of the executive committee of Mangalis Management Group. In this position he participates in the creation of Brand Standards for the newer brands, contribute to strategic decision of the company and is in charge for the definition and implementation of the development strategy for all the brands of group.

Mangalis has created 3 new brands (Yaas, Seen, Noom) and has a pipeline of 15 new hotels under construction and aims to expand in the EMEA region with 50 hotels by 2019. Dario started his career in operations being director of a private owned hotel in Italy, then he has worked for Accor in South America before joining Hotwath HTL as an associate and HTI Consulting as Vice President. As consultant Dario was responsible for hotel transaction advisory, contract negotiation advisory ( Management, Lease and Franchising agreement), feasibility study and asset management.
