Development potential for Louvre Hotels

So Louvre Hotel is one of the largest operator across the world.  We own and operate 1200 hotels all around the world.  So we are a French group and expanding outside in emerging markets and also Europe.  And basically we are very active and dynamic, we call like the challenger of the industry because we are smaller but becoming much bigger. Today for all our brands, basically Germany is the most exciting destination for us because the penetration of brand is very low compared to France or UK for example.  So we have very, very big potential there for both our conversion brands which is more the Golden Tulip type of hotels and also the economy segment and our premier class for purpose build hotels. I think there are two Europe's.  There is North Europe with breaking ground back to high speed growth.  Eastern Europe has been slowing down and now is recovering.  And South Europe which is still a bit, you know, stable, but looking forward to a better time.
