The level of service, most of hotels always over-exceed compared to different parts of the world.  And plus, you know, you need to have the full package, you know, best food, best restaurants.  It doesn’t have to be a branded restaurant but at least a good experience.  And we’ve managed to do that in all our hotels.  You know the atmosphere of the restaurant, the food experience, basically the full package. We work closely with the operator and to develop different concepts.  So for instance in the Anantara Hotel, we built two exceptional restaurants there, an Asian restaurant heavily themed and the food is great, always get good reviews.  And recently we’ve opened, last week on Wednesday, the Australian restaurant called Bushman’s and it’s heavily themed, you get kangaroo meat, crocodile will be coming soon.  So it’s just, yeah, you get all these different meals but also tastes nice and you know, it’s just the whole thing is an experience, something people won’t forget.
